Jack Firth

Analyst

8 years' industry experience, joined JOHCM in Jun 2021.

Jack joined the International/Global Select team in 2024, having previously held the position of Senior Risk Analyst within the Investment Risk team. During his time at JOHCM he initially supported the Chief Risk Officer in the oversight of the JOHCM fund range and supported the investment teams with quantitative analysis and analytical support. He most recently integrated factor analysis into the stock screening and analysis process for the International/Global Select team, and assisted with portfolio construction around index concentration risk. Prior to this, Jack started his career in investment management at Abrdn (formally Standard Life Investments), completing a graduate training scheme in investment risk and holding several roles covering US equities, Global fixed income, and fund of hedge funds. Jack is a CFA Charterholder, and holds a first class Masters of Engineering (Honours) in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Bristol.

Robert Lancastle

Senior Fund Manager

16 years' industry experience, joined JOHCM in Feb 2012.

Prior to joining JOHCM, Robert worked for Orbis Investment Advisory as an Equity Analyst for the Orbis Global Equity Strategy, focused on the retail, media, technology, oil & gas and insurance sectors. Previously, Robert worked as a Maths and Physics Teacher at Wellington College. Robert holds a BEng and MEng from Cambridge University and is a CFA Charterholder.

Christopher Lees

Senior Fund Manager

35 years' industry experience, joined JOHCM in Sep 2008.

Prior to joining JOHCM, Christopher spent more than 19 years at Baring Asset Management, most recently as Head of the firm’s Global Sector team. Prior to 2002, he held positions as Senior Portfolio Manager (US Equity team) in Boston and as an Analyst in the UK Stock Selection as well as the firm’s Global Asset Allocation team. Christopher is a CFA Charterholder and holds a BSc (Hons) in Geography from University of London.

Ben Leyland

Senior Fund Manager

23 years' industry experience, joined JOHCM in Apr 2006.

Ben has been with JOHCM since April 2006, when he joined to work with John Wood on the UK Opportunities Strategy. He was previously at Schroder Investment Management as a Financial Analyst in their Pan-European equity research department. Ben is a CFA Charterholder and holds a MA (Hons) in History from the University of Cambridge. He was voted one of Financial News's '40 under 40' Rising Stars in Asset Management, 2015.

Justin MacGregor

Analyst

18 years' industry experience, joined JOHCM in Mar 2015.

Justin is a Senior Analyst for the JOHCM Continental European Fund, supporting Paul Wild (Senior Fund Manager) since August 2021. He previously worked on the JOHCM International Small Cap Equity Fund. Prior to joining JOHCM, Justin worked for Tau Investment Management as an Investment Analyst, with a focus on the textile and apparel, real estate, education and food sectors. Previously, Justin worked at DS & RS Associates and Midas Management Corporation. At these companies, he was a generalist Analyst using a fundamental investment approach. Justin holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and has passed CFA Level II.

Jasmeet Munday

Analyst

13 years' industry experience, joined JOHCM in Aug 2016.

Prior to joining JOHCM, Jasmeet worked as an Equity Research Analyst for Fidelity International Limited, focusing on European Large Cap Industrials and European Insurance sectors. Prior to joining Fidelity, Jasmeet worked at Ernst & Young within the Transaction Advisory Services team. From 2007 to 2010, Jasmeet was a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Jasmeet is a CFA charterholder and holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Bristol and is an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA).

Nudgem Richyal

Senior Fund Manager

25 years' industry experience, joined JOHCM in Jun 2008.

Prior to joining JOHCM, Nudgem was an Investment Director within the Global Equity Group of Baring Asset Management (working closely with Christopher since July 2001) and Investment Manager of one of the largest Latin American funds in London. He previously worked at Hill Samuel Asset Management in London. Nudgem is a CFA Charterholder and holds a first class BSc (Hons) in Chemistry from the University of Manchester.
