Our fund managers have full discretion in managing their portfolios, subject only to normal compliance and risk oversight, and avoid the bureaucratic distractions that can arise at larger investment companies. Collectively, this has contributed to our exceptionally low fund manager turnover.

Our investment teams are small and nimble, aiding decision-making and guarding against investment by committee. They are supported by experienced staff across Client Services, Trading, Sales & Marketing, Compliance, Risk Management, Performance and IT. Lastly, we have a shared ownership culture. Many JOHCM employees have equity participation in our listed Australian parent company, Pendal Group Limited.
