Helen Vaughan

As the former Chief Operating Officer for the JOHCM Group, Helen's responsibilities comprised of Middle Office Operations, Client Take-on and Servicing, Oversight of third party administrator relationships, Product Development, Marketing and IT. During her time with the JOHCM Group, Helen oversaw the transformation of its operating model to one which has both supported rapid growth whilst significantly reducing operational risk to the business. She set up numerous new funds and developed the client servicing framework. Helen retired from JOHCML on 30 September 2019. Helen joined the JOHCM Group in 2004 from Credit Suisse Asset Management, where she was Director of Business Development. Before joining Credit Suisse, she was Head of Investment Operations at SLC Asset Management and Head of Client Accounting at Framlington. Helen is a Chartered Accountant and has a BA (Hons) in Combined Arts from the University of Leicester. She also sits on the board of the JOHCM Group's Irish funds and JOHCM Funds Ireland. Helen is a Certified Independent Fund Director.
